Orders placed in the US will be delivered within 2-6 business days. All purchases will be shipped via US Postal Service. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send a USPS tracking number to the email account you used when ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For all returns and exchanges, please email with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department email@example.com.
Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
Caps sent back to us in an envelope or mailer will not be accepted. Please use the original box whenever possible.
